  • Say hello to Sea Oat. Sea Oat is a two-year-old Loggerhead Sea Turtle. She lives at Jekyll Island 4-H Center, the camp I worked as a counselor at during summers in college. I’m there this week as an adult leader with the fifth and sixth grade 4-H’ers from my county. This island is also right in the center of where Debby has sat for the past two days. Camp has continued as we’ve received over 12 inches of rain. We’ve had to modify our schedule, but right now, it’s looking like things will be back to normal tomorrow. Regular tumblr-ing will resume after camp and baseball weekend
