E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial 30th Anniversary Celebration continues!
For several years after the movie was released, E.T. was still shilling Reese’s Pieces as seen here in this 1985 ad. When Hershey’s decided they were tired of paying E.T. to pitch their product, they introduced their own alien, Fribgridgit, to appear in their ads. It just wasn’t the same.
